Fall Trades Day

Time: 4:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

Schedule:

4:00 PM Check in opens/Students Arrive

4:30 PM Start of Program & Welcome

4:45 PM Start Stations – Rotation 1

5:10 PM Rotation 2

5:35 PM Rotation 3

6:00 PM Rotation 4

6:25 PM Rotation 5

6:50 PM Rotation 6

7:30 PM Program Ends, Bus Pick-up

Clothing/Food

Students MUST wear closed toe shoes and long pants. Clothing should otherwise be casual. The event is outside so a jacket is recommended. Please bring your safety vests - goggles will be provided.

Pizza and water will be provided by ACE.

Bus/Parking/Permission Forms:

We are hoping that all teams share a bus with a neighboring team.

Bus/Parking/Permission slips are on the team leader resource page accessed from the website.

Additional information will be provided prior to November 15.

Please have only ONE TEAM LEADER coordinate the RSVP's for your team through the website. RSVP'S ARE DUE NO LATER THAN OCTOBER 31. Late RSVP's may not be accommodated.
