Time:  4:00 p.m. - 7:40 p.m.

Schedule:

4:00 PM  Check in opens/Students Arrive/Pizza Served

4:30 PM  Start of Program & Welcome

4:40 PM  Start Stations – Rotation 1

5:00 PM  Rotation 2

5:20 PM  Rotation 3

5:40 PM  Rotation 4

6:00 PM  Rotation 5

6:20 PM  Rotation 6

6:40 PM  Rotation 7

7:00 PM  Rotation 8

7:20 PM  Rotation 9

7:40 PM  Program Ends, Bus Pick-up

STUDENTS AND MENTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE ACE NATIONAL DATABASE TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY ACE EVENT.

     
Clothing/Food  
Students MUST wear closed toe shoes, long pants and ACE safety vests.  Clothing should otherwise be casual.  The event is outside so a jacket is recommended.   Goggles will be provided.    
 
Pizza and water will be provided by ACE. 

Parking

Site Entrance:  Exit MLK from 110N or 110S - enter job site through Hoover entrance

Bus/Parking/Permission Forms:
We are hoping that all teams share a bus with a neighboring team.  
 
Bus/Parking/Permission slips are on the team leader resource page accessed from the website.    

Additional information will be provided prior to February 7.
          
RSVP:
Please have only ONE TEAM LEADER coordinate the RSVP's for your team through the website.  RSVP'S ARE DUE NO LATER THAN FEBRUARY 1.  Late RSVP's may not be accommodated.
