    Time:  8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
Where:  Flight Path Museum, 6661 W. Imperial Highway
Los Angeles, CA  90045

Schedule:
8:00 a.m. Check-in/Light Breakfast
9:00 a.m. Event Start
9:15 a.m. Station Rotations
12:00 p.m. Lunch/Small Group Tours
1:00 p.m. Event Ends

Group tours of the Hensel Phelps Delta Airlines Project at Terminal 3 are included.

Clothing:
Students will need to wear long pants and closed toe shoes, preferably work boots. 

Please bring your team's safety vests.  If you do not have vests or need more for your students, please order them on the order sheet when you register.

Parking:
Parking is available in a parking lot adjacent to the museum.  

NOTE:
Confirmed attendee list must be provided to Anne Ettley no later than Wednesday, January 21, 2026.

ALL STUDENTS AND MENTORS MUST BE REGISTERED IN THE DATABASE TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS EVENT.
