Student Spotlight: I joined ACE my sophomore year of high school, and it set me on the path to civil engineering. ACE gave me teamwork, networking, and leadership skills that I still use every day in college and internships. Now, as a civil engineering student at the University of Central Florida interning with Michael Baker International, I can see how much ACE prepared me to succeed and connect with professionals in the industry. The mentorship and real-world experience gave me the confidence to pursue my career goals.

Student Spotlight: My name is Oceana Linen from Englewood, California. I joined the engineering pathway program in high school and discovered my passion for architecture through ACE. Before ACE, I didn’t even know what an architect was. With the support of my mentors, I gained confidence, improved my teamwork and creativity, and even earned a scholarship. ACE pushed me to grow, speak my mind, and believe in myself. Today, I’m pursuing architecture thanks to their guidance and encouragement.
